The day after the beginning…

I started today well with my morning meditation. I will meditate after I write this post, so there’s my afternoon meditation. On track so far…

Consistency is key to success. Maybe it’s the #1 Superior Habit? It’s a contender at least because without doing something day after day, it is hard to make real and significant progress.

This is where I have failed up until this point. I didn’t take consistency seriously and it has bitten me more times that I would like to admit.

There is a book that I read some time ago called The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson that illustrates the idea of the compounding effect of good habits over time. I need to incorporate that learning into my lifestyle.

That’s it for now. Tomorrow is another day, hopefully.
